Actualice el recuento de publicaciones (publicado, borrador, sin adjuntar) en la interfaz de administración

Estoy trabajando en una configuración de WordPress multiusuario y lo he hecho para que un tipo particular de usuario solo pueda ver e interactuar con publicaciones, imágenes, páginas, etc. que hayan creado. El código para que esto suceda se ve así:

Esto funciona bien dentro de la interfaz de administración, pero deja que todos los recuentos de publicaciones se muestren incorrectamente:

¿Conoce algún filtro o gancho para manipular estas figuras y ser correcto en publicaciones, páginas, medios y tipos de publicaciones personalizadas?

Esto casi funciona, pero se necesitan mejoras para ajustarse a los detalles específicos de la pregunta y para tratar los Adjuntos y los Post-Tipos de manera diferente (ver comentarios en el código) ...

Primero, creo que vale la pena señalar cómo encontré el filtro:
apply_filters( 'views_' . $screen->id, $views )

• inspeccionar elemento
  

• hacer una búsqueda global en /wp-adminy /wp-includespara subsubsub (nombre de clase divertido, por cierto) ...

• Y aquí está: /wp-admin/includes/class-wp-list-table.php

Al momento de escribir, esta funcionalidad ahora reside en la clase WP_List_Table, en el método "views ()".

El filtro ahora se ve así:

$ views contendrá una matriz de cada elemento de la lista:

Puede conectarlo en el enlace current_screen con una prioridad> 10:
