Acabo de crear una nueva matriz RAID 5 usando 3 unidades de 4 TB (con el objetivo de 8 TB de espacio) en un sistema ubuntu. Si bien tuve algunos problemas para comenzar, creo que lo configuré correctamente y he creado un sistema de archivos ext4 como una sola partición usando toda la matriz. Sin embargo, cuando lo miro en gparted, informa
Tamaño: 7.28 TiB (esto es correcto, sé la diferencia entre TB y TiB)

usar: 7.16 TiB
Si corro sudo df -h

Que es un tamaño diferente de nuevo. ¡El disponible es 400G menos que el tamaño, pero el usado es solo 51M aquí!
Mi pregunta es, ¿es esta la salida esperada en este momento o es una indicación de que algo salió mal? Si se espera, ¿qué está usando el espacio que se informa en gparted como se usa?

Hmmmm, el bit al final sobre / dev / md0 que no contiene una tabla de partición válida es interesante.
dumpe2fs /dev/md0|egrep -i "(inode|block) (size|count)"
? Esto mostrará el espacio reservado para root y el espacio ocupado por los inodes.
