Duplicidad Copia de seguridad Examinar

Hice una copia de seguridad de duplicidad con Ubuntu 14.04 en otra computadora portátil de mi directorio de inicio.

Copié todos los archivos de duplicación a mi computadora portátil actual en "/ home / user / Ubuntu-backup"

¿Cómo examino el contenido de esa copia de seguridad para ver si vale la pena restaurarla? Quiero restaurar cómo restauro desde esos archivos.
