Estoy usando Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. Esta mañana, cuando corrí sudo apt-get update, me encontré con el siguiente error:

He buscado en internet una respuesta. Aunque encontré algunas publicaciones similares, ninguna de las soluciones me funciona. Una de las soluciones interesantes que probé fue:

La solución más simple es hacer los siguientes dos pasos:

1- Haga una copia de seguridad de su lista de fuentes -> sudo cp /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list.backup

2- Abrir archivo de las fuentes "/etc/apt/sources.list" Cambiar el nombre de todas las instancias de us.archive o archivo, como http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/a

http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/

También haga lo mismo para el http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/saucy-security/universe/binary-i386/Packages

3- Ejecute sudo apt-get update después de hacer lo anterior.

Adivina qué ... no funcionó. De hecho, arrojó más errores:

@mikewhatever El duplicado no es válido: el problema del OP no es la selección del 'espejo más rápido', sino que intentaron solucionar un problema de advertencia del repositorio Lucid y en el proceso rompieron su configuración de Xenial.

Has cometido algunos errores graves aquí.

Primero, estás ejecutando 16.04. Eso significa que no puede reemplazar ciegamente el espejo de archivo normal con old-releases. Esta es la razón por la que actualmente recibe los errores que obtiene sobre la falta de repositorios de Xenial.

En segundo lugar, todavía estás intentando sacar del depósito Lucid. Eso no lo ayudará, porque una buena parte de los elementos en el repositorio Lucid no funcionará en Xenial o se eliminaron de los repositorios por varias razones, o fueron reemplazados por versiones actualizadas. Y, las instrucciones que siguió para versiones anteriores solo se aplican a la línea de repositorio Lucid que tenía en sus configuraciones.

Aquí le explicamos cómo solucionar los problemas que tiene.

Ir a través de /etc/apt/sources.list, y comenzar mediante la sustitución de todos los old-releases.ubuntu.comregistros con su espejo original, us.archive.ubuntu.com.
Encuentre las líneas que hacen referencia lucidy coméntelas, o úselas old-releases.ubuntu.com solo para ese repositorio .

Si usted no sabe qué entrada en /etc/apt/sources.listo /etc/apt/sources.list.d/*tiene esta entrada 'lúcido', a continuación, ejecutar este comando desde /etc/apt/: grep -r -i lucid /etc/apt/; identificará los archivos que contienen la palabra 'lúcido'

No puedo encontrar ninguna referencia de línea lucid. Edité la pregunta y agregué mi sources.list. ¿Podrías echar un vistazo?

Verifique en todas partes en /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ también. En algún lugar tienes Lucid, o no habrías recibido el error que cometiste al principio. Considere probar apt-get updatetambién para ver si el error ahora está resuelto. (use grep -r -i lucid /etc/apt/para encontrar referencias lúcidas)

Lo encontré. Había 2 referencias dentro /etc/apt/sources.list.d/alternative_Repo.list. Después de comentarlos, los errores se han ido ahora.
