Explorer.exe se bloquea y se reinicia, el módulo de fallas Comctl32.dll

He cambiado la placa base, la CPU y la SSD. Reinstalé Windows 8.1 original desde USB y DVD muchas veces. Tengo una tarjeta gráfica externa (Gigabyte GTX650 OC) que probé en otro sistema, también probé solo en una tarjeta gráfica integrada y con otra tarjeta gráfica (MSI N210). Probé RAM con memtest + pero aún recibí el siguiente error. ¿Qué puede causar este error? Tengo dos unidades externas USB 3.0 conectadas y un USB WiFi. También tengo el antivirus Eset Nod32, copia de seguridad Cobian instalada.

Microsoft dijo que ven otros informes con la misma firma de bloqueo en sus datos de telemetría. Pero no hay suficientes bloqueos que Microsoft analice más profundamente el bloqueo.

Esta es una respuesta sin sentido porque no tiene nada que ver con la pregunta. Obtiene un bloqueo de la aplicación en modo de usuario. El problema es causado por un error STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION , lo que significa que se utilizó un error incorrecto o dañado. Esto no tiene NADA que ver con los datos de configuración de arranque (BCD).
