¿Cómo puedo recuperar el daño de los archivos del sistema cuando sfc no funciona?

Tengo muchos cortes de electricidad en mi área. Causó daños en el disco que condujeron a la pérdida de archivos del sistema.

Ejecuté Chkdsk y aquí están los resultados de las comprobaciones recientes: CHKDSKResults.txt .

Ejecuté sfc / scannow y me da este mensaje como resultado:

Este es un error que Microsoft investiga actualmente. Para reparar el archivo dañado, ejecute un nuevo comando DISM que descarga los archivos dañados de Internet:
