¿Dónde puedo encontrar plantillas de código html de netbeans?

En Netbeans 7.1 no hay plantillas de código html incluidas en la instalación.

¿Dónde puedo encontrar algunas plantillas html básicas para descargar?

Debería haber.

Vaya a> Herramientas> Plantillas

Mire dentro de la carpeta "Otro", debe haber 2 plantillas HTML: "Archivo HTML" y "Archivo XHTML".
