Me gustaría alinear múltiples (6+) conjuntos de datos (cada uno de 3 columnas x 1000 filas) por una variable común (columna 'masa') donde cada conjunto tendrá un par de valores comunes que coinciden exactamente, numerosos valores comunes que casi coinciden ( es decir, 635.62417 y 635.62413), y numerosos valores únicos. Pero debo alinear los 6 conjuntos de acuerdo con los valores casi coincidentes y mantener cada una de sus columnas adyacentes (relacionadas), incluidos los valores únicos.
Por ejemplo, con solo 3 conjuntos y solo 2 columnas por conjunto, podría verse así:
Ya que necesito alinear los conjuntos por valores comunes (en masa) y casi comunes (siempre que coincidan dentro del 0.0005%) mientras mantengo las columnas de información adyacentes (conteo) y los valores no coincidentes de cada conjunto ... Así se vería así:
Como mencioné, necesito alinear 6 conjuntos de datos de 3 columnas relacionados, y luego repetir ~ 100 veces. Así que cuanto menos ordenamientos / clics manuales, mejor.
He intentado Vlookup pero solo devuelve la columna común y no admite más de dos conjuntos de datos (que yo sepa). También requiere la creación de columnas coincidentes, que se vuelven difíciles de manejar cuando se alinean en 6 conjuntos (3 columnas).
También intenté crear una columna de etiqueta de conjunto de datos (setA, setB, setC ..) para cada fila de cada conjunto, y luego concatenar todos los 6 + conjuntos en un conjunto de columnas de 6000+ valores (ahora 4), ordenando por columna de variable común (masa ) y luego escribe una función anidada si busca 6 valores casi consecutivos con las 6 etiquetas de conjunto (a, b, c ...). Sin embargo, la función llegó a ser demasiado larga y no podría manejarla si un conjunto contuviera más de un valor en el intervalo casi igual (0.0005%) antes del valor del sexto conjunto. Por ejemplo, los 6 conjuntos pueden tener valores casi comunes (dentro del intervalo del 0,0005%), pero uno o más conjuntos tienen dos valores dentro del intervalo, creando 7 o más valores consecutivos dentro del intervalo de la lista ordenada concatenada.
Mantener a los únicos y mantener la secuencia (orden) de la columna de variable común es importante, pero es posible que encuentre algunas soluciones una vez que sepa que puedo alinearme.
