¿FileZilla no se conecta a mi servidor XAMPP?

He configurado el archivo proftpd.conf de XAMPP que tiene este aspecto:

¿Qué pasa con mis parámetros? Quiero que mi compañero de trabajo pueda acceder a mi host local a través de FTP
