¿Por qué los archivos PHP se descargan en lugar de ser procesados por Nginx?

He visto el mismo problema, y muchas resoluciones apuntando a agregar el controlador de tipo, pero eso fue para Apache.

Estoy usando Arch Linux, Nginx, PHP y PHP-FMP y no puedo entender por qué los archivos php se descargan en lugar de ejecutarse.

Nota para agregar:

Pasé por el mismo trato, pero después de aplicar la corrección, el viejo ctrl + shift + r no fue lo suficientemente bueno como para actualizar el caché del navegador de que la página era una descarga.

Después de borrar el caché más a fondo, funcionó como se esperaba.

Pude solucionar este problema, pero el problema que tuve parece estar relacionado con el hecho de que todavía tenía la configuración de Apache en el servidor, y que parte de Apache estaba en conflicto con la capacidad de Nginx para servir páginas php, aunque Apache No estaba corriendo.

Si se encuentra con el mismo problema, intente eliminar Apache, PHP y todos los módulos relacionados, y vuelva a instalar justo lo que necesita.

¿Este archivo contiene algo?

(incluye mime.types;)

porque si no, todos sus archivos obtienen el mimo / tipo de un archivo de descarga

(default_type application / octet-stream;)

así que este es tu problema porque php no está en la lista

solución: agregue esta fila a ese archivo y reinicie ngnix

Hola esto no es cierto Try_files solo establece el puntero URI interno y luego continúa procesando el bloque de ubicación. Cuando envía a PHP en la misma ubicación, está perfectamente bien.
