tengo un DialogFragment que contiene un RecyclerView(una lista de tarjetas).

Dentro de esto RecyclerViewhay uno o másCardViews que pueden tener cualquier altura.

Quiero darle a esta DialogFragmentla altura correcta basada en elCardViews que contiene.

Normalmente, esto sería simple, me gustaría establecer wrap_contenten la RecyclerViewasí.

Sin embargo, esto no funcionó porque

heightSize = View.MeasureSpec.getSize(heightSpec);

devuelve un valor muy grande que parece estar relacionado con match_parent .

Al comentar height = heightSize;(en el segundo caso de cambio) logré hacer que la altura funcionara, pero solo si un TextViewniño dentro delCardView ella no ajusta su propio texto (una oración larga).

Tan pronto como eso TextView envuelva su propio texto, la altura DEBERÍA aumentar pero no lo hace. Calculó la altura de esa oración larga como una sola línea, no una línea ajustada (2 o más).

¿Algún consejo sobre cómo debería mejorar esto LayoutManagerpara que mi trabajo RecyclerViewfuncione WRAP_CONTENT?

Si está utilizando RecyclerViewdentro de a ScrollView, simplemente cambie ScrollViewa androidx.core.widget.NestedScrollView. Dentro de esta vista no hay necesidad de empacar RecyclerViewdentro de a RelativeLayout.

Gracias por tu trabajo. Tengo problemas para trabajar con niños de diferentes alturas. Si tengo 10 150dp niños, funciona; Si uno de ellos es 300dp, el último estará oculto. ¿Alguna idea?

Más específicamente, siento que mide niños antes de que onBindViewHolder()se llame. Eso es malo porque en ese momento llamo, por ejemplo, holder.textView.setText(longText)para que el niño sea más alto, pero no se refleja en la altura del reciclador. RecyclerViewsoporte añadido para wrap_contenten 23.2.0que fue con errores, 23.2.1 era sólo estable, por lo que puede utilizar:

Este comentario me ayudó.Put the recyclerview in any other layout (Relative layout is preferable). Then change recyclerview's height/width as match parent to that layout and set the parent layout's height/width as wrap content.

El problema con el desplazamiento y el ajuste de texto es que este código supone que tanto el ancho como la altura están configurados en wrap_content. Pruebe esto (es una solución desagradable pero puede funcionar): en el onCreatemétodo de su Activityo en el onViewCreatedmétodo de su fragmento. Configure una devolución de llamada lista para que se active cuando se RecyclerViewprocesa por primera vez, de esta manera:

Esto ahora funciona ya que hicieron un lanzamiento en la versión 23.2, como se indica en esta publicación . Citando el blog oficial

Había usado algunas de las soluciones anteriores pero estaba funcionando para widthpero height.

  1. Si especificó compileSdkVersionmás de 23 , puede usar directamente RecyclerView provisto en sus respectivas bibliotecas de soporte de vista de reciclador, como para 23 será 'com.android.support:recyclerview-v7:23.2.1'. Estas bibliotecas de soporte admiten atributos de wrap_contentancho y alto.

Tienes que agregarlo a tus dependencias

No he trabajado en mi respuesta, pero la forma en que lo sé StaggridLayoutManager con no. de la cuadrícula 1 puede resolver su problema ya que StaggridLayout ajustará automáticamente su altura y ancho en función del tamaño del contenido. si funciona, no olvides marcarlo como una respuesta correcta.
