Implementar un genérico OrderedDictionary
no es terriblemente difícil, pero lleva mucho tiempo innecesariamente y, francamente, esta clase es un gran descuido por parte de Microsoft. Hay varias formas de implementar esto, pero elegí usar a KeyedCollection
para mi almacenamiento interno. También elegí implementar varios métodos para ordenar de la manera que lo List<T>
hace, ya que esto es esencialmente un IList e IDictionary híbrido. He incluido mi implementación aquí para la posteridad.
