Plantillas de correo electrónico del administrador

Tengo este extraño problema con los correos electrónicos transaccionales de Magento. Tengo los mismos archivos en mis servidores locales, de desarrollo y producción.

Desde Administrador> Sistema> Correos electrónicos transaccionales> Agregar nueva plantilla

Selecciono una plantilla del menú desplegable, dejo el local en inglés de EE. UU. Los campos no se rellenan en servidores de desarrollo y producción, pero funciona correctamente en local. Pensé que era un error de permiso, pero después de la inspección, descubrí que la llamada ajax que carga el código del archivo de plantilla funciona correctamente:

Tengo el mismo problema en uno de los proyectos en los que estoy trabajando y descubrí por qué sucede esto, así que lo estoy publicando aquí, para que pueda ser útil para otros.

  • En el sitio en vivo, no está cargando algunas de las plantillas de correo electrónico predeterminadas al momento de crear una nueva plantilla basada en ellas, pero está funcionando perfectamente en mi sitio local.

  • Por lo tanto, he comparado las dos respuestas ajax que recibo, y llegué a saber que en el sitio en vivo debajo del script se agrega al comienzo de la respuesta, lo que causa este problema.

  • En el servidor en vivo, estoy usando New Relic para monitorear el rendimiento del sitio.

  • Cuando New Relic está habilitado, agrega este código de secuencia de comandos al comienzo de la respuesta ajax de la plantilla de correo electrónico, lo que causa una sintaxis JSON no válida y, debido a esto, detiene el procesamiento de la plantilla y no cargará el contenido de la plantilla.

  • He buscado la solución y una forma posible es que, si deshabilitamos New Relic, las plantillas de correo electrónico funcionarán bien y, una vez que hayamos terminado con nuestros cambios, podremos volver a habilitarla.

La función que carga la plantilla de correo electrónico es

Mage_Adminhtml_System_Email_TemplateController::defaultTemplateAction()

Puede conectarse a un evento (predispatch & co) y ejecutar:

newrelic_disable_autorum ( )

Esto le dice a la nueva reliquia que esta solicitud no tendrá RUM habilitado.

Otra opción es deshabilitar RUM para todo el administrador (realmente fácil si tiene administrador en un nodo web separado, módulo simple con un evento para el área adminhtml, etc.).
