¿Cómo escribir un módulo de servicio para Drupal 7 y Services 3.x?

¿Alguien puede dar instrucciones sobre cómo escribir un módulo de servicio simple para los Servicios 3.xy Drupal 7.x? Simplemente no puedo encontrar ninguno que funcione con D7. ¡Cualquier cosa! ¡Solo una versión reelaborada del módulo echo_service funcionaría!

Además del enlace mencionado, aquí hay un código de un módulo que escribí que usa servicios web. En "estructura", el servicio debe habilitarse y definirse un punto final. También establece los tipos de devolución permitidos allí.

Entonces, si define 'api' como punto final y desea una matriz json, haría una solicitud como yoursite.com/api/servicename/arg1/arg2.json. Defina el nombre del servicio en hook_services_resources.
